After approval
If your return request is approved, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any associated fees. It's important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Please be aware that when returning items, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return. If the return package is stuck in customs, you must resolve the issue and cover additional costs. We will not be responsible for collecting packages stuck in customs or any associated fees.
Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
